Market MoodTM was invented in 2015 and provided to Financial DNA Subscription users to empower advisors with behavioral management tips knowing the client’s behavioral biases, communication style and risk profile. While Market Mood works best when client’s have completed the Financial DNA Natural Behavior Discovery, predictions are available, just knowing a client’s risk appetite.

PortfolioValue

By default, DNA measures Market Mood based on real-time S&P 500 market data. If you wish to measure market mood by another indices or client’s own portfolio performance, you can enter a unique value which must range from -25 to 12.50 to get the market mood for a particular client. The value entered is in an integer format but will be converted to a percentage value in our algorithm. For example, for 1%, enter “1” as the integer value.
